We perfectly understand the frustration that is felt when a vehicle breaks down. This feeling is universal, whether it is you car, your bicycle or your electric motorcycle. We are also aware of that deeply penetrating feeling of urgency and exasperation that dwarfs our existence when we are facing a breakdown that we have no idea of how to fix.
We at EVTAMERICA feel the same frustration when we are not able to help you fix your problem immediately.
Unfortunately, it is not easy to diagnose a problem over the phone and things get more complicated when the problem happens to be a manufacturing defect of a component that we trustfully incorporated into our vehicle convinced, after multiple tests, that it was great.
